1. Digital Music Purchases

As all digital music productions (including tracks, remixes, and music downloads) are made available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital products. Once a purchase has been completed and the music is delivered, it is considered final.

However, if there is a technical issue with your download or access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or a technical solution.

2. Booking Requests and Events

For bookings related to DJ Chad’s performances, we understand that event plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please note the following:

  • Cancellations: If a booking is canceled within 7 days of the event date, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: We can accommodate rescheduling requests up to 14 days before the event. Any changes made after this period may incur additional fees or be subject to the cancellation terms.

If DJ Chad is unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, travel issues), a full refund will be provided for the booking fee.

3. General Conditions

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
